![]() In the email shown below, Outlook converted The problem is this: when Outlook receives an email that has a combination of inline images and text, the inline images are moved to attachments but more importantly, so is all of the body text after the first image. Two of these text files contain just spaces while the third contains the iPhone text signature line. The original email contained three JPG images and the only text in the body was the default signature line "Sent from my iPhone".Īs you can see, the email has six attachments - the three JPG images and three text files. The screenshot below shows an email that I sent from my iPhone to my work email account. ![]() This applies to email from both the Mac and iOS versions of Mail. Outlook 2016 is very poor at handling email from Apple Mail.
